Terms and conditions
- Booking Confirmation. The reservation is valid only after management’s confirmation and payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay.
- Non-refundable rate: reservations with promotional rates are non-refundable and are valid only after payment of 100% of the cost of the entire stay.
- Reduced rate for children. Children up to 7 years enjoy a discount of -20%. Children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay if they share their parents’ bed.
- Payment. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- Tourist tax. € 1 per day during May, June and September for a maximum of 10 consecutive days. € 2 per day during July and August for a maximum of 10 consecutive days. Children up to the age of 18 are exempt from paying tax.
- Early departure. In case of early departure, 100% of the total cost of the stay for the remaining days will be charged.
- Reservation cancellation for stays from January 1st to July 15th:
- Overnight stays. No penalty will be applied for cancellations received up to 2 days before arrival and by 12.00, after that, a penalty of one night will be charged.
- Stays of two nights and more. No penalty will be applied on cancellations received up to 10 days before arrival and by 12.00, after that, the penalty of 30% of the total amount will be applied.
- Reservation cancellation for stays from July 16th to August 31th: No penalty will be applied for cancellations received up to 40 days before arrival by 12.00, after that, 100% of the cost of the entire stay will be charged.
